Zaroori Samaan :-

  1. Aloo – 500 gm
  2. Hara Dhaniya – 1 Guchcha
  3. Neebu ka Ras – 2 Chamcha
  4. Hari Mirch – 3 Pcs
  5. Haldi Powder – 1/2 Chamcha
  6. Til – 1/2 Cup
  7. Til ka Tel – 2 Bade Chamche
  8. Namak – Swaad Anusaar

 

Banane ka Tareeka :-

  • Sabse pehle Aloo ko ubaal kar cheel le.
  • Ab Aaloo ko chaukor ya tikono shape me kaat le.
  • Phir Hari Mich ko bareek kaat le.
  • Frying Pan me tel garam karke til daal kar fry kare, phir Hari Mirch aur Haldi daal de aur chalate chalate hue 2-3 min tak fry kare.
  • Ab Aloo daal kar milate hue 4-5 min tak fry kare, phir isme Neebu ka ras serving dish me nikal le.
  • Upar se Hara Dhaniya burk de aur garma garma Tilwale Aloo serve kare.
