Break the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tbsp water and salt as per taste.
Beat the eggs properly. Preheat the micro-oven to 250 degrees.
Add butter to a microwavable dish and heat it for 1 minute at 100 percent power. Spread the molten butter evenly.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Sprinkle some pepper from the top.
Now cover the dish with a plastic wrap tightly.
Pierce it with a knife at one place to leave some breathing space.
Cook the eggs in the microwave for 5-6 minutes on 80 percent power.
Remove it from the oven and place the omelette on a serving dish. Sprinkle coriander leaves on the omelette.
Mix the chopped tomatoes with salsa sauce.
