Bounty Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut (dry grated)
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup butter
1 cup cream
½ cup castor sugar
8 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate cereal (optional)
Method:
- In a bowl mix coconut and condensed milk until it turns into a dough.
- Make balls of two inches diametre out of the dough.
- Freeze the balls for five to six hours.
- In a pan melt butter and add cocoa powder along with sugar.
- Cook on a low flame.
- Add the cream and bring to a boil.
- Remove from flame.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Dip all the balls in the mixture one at a time.
- Again freeze for five to six hours.
- Before serving make a layer of cereal for garnishing.
- Put the bounty balls on it and serve chilled.
