<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>

<li>Now add all the dry ingredients and yogurt.</li>
<li>Fry for another 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Cover and set on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, or until meat is tender (keep cooking by adding a little bit of water if necessary).</li>
<li>Turn up the heat to medium-high and fry until yogurt dries and chops are a nice golden brown.</li>
<li>Garnish with sliced onion and tomato rings and serve with naan or tandoori roti.</li>

<li>Now add meta-bi sulphate and mix well. </li>
<li>Fill the mixture in sterilised bottles but do not use for a week. </li>
<li>Keep shaking the bottles once a day for eight days. </li>
<li>Now use as required, adding water if needed. </li>

<li>Add pineapple pieces and cook for one minute. </li>
<li>Stir in sugar, vinegar and Soya sauce. </li>

<li>Heat oil in a separate pan, and gently fry capsicum strips for a minute, add spring onions, chopped or powdered ginger and fry for a further two minutes. </li>
<li>Add fried mixture to carrot mixture in a saucepan. </li>
<li>Blend cornflour to a smooth paste with a little cold water and stir into the mixture. </li>
<li>Bring it to a boil, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. </li>
<li>Simmer for two minutes. </li>
<li>Season with salt and pepper. </li>
<li>The sauce can be served with grilled/fried fish, chicken and meat balls. </li>
